The Ride for Kids® is a motorcyclist's
program that is sponsored by the Pediatric
Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF), a

Neurofibromatosis (or NF1).

This year they will also Ride in memory of
Caitlyn Churak, who on Friday, June 27th,

Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care offered support
during an unimaginable time.  The staff from
Season's made it possible for Caitlyn to
spend her final days, in her home with her family.
Season's allowed Caitlyn to be surrounded by people
who loved her and all
of her favorite things.

Kangaroo Kids is a supportive program
that cares for children and families with
sensitivity and skill. For a family who has a
child with life-threatening illness, getting
the right kind of support is especially
challenging. Now, there's a unique new
resource called Kangaroo Kids.

Child-and family-focused professionals
who support families caring for their child
at home. A close-knit team that supports
you from the beginning of your child's
diagnosis. And day by day, can respond to
the needs and wishes of your entire family,
with dedication and tremendous
commitment to you and your child. That's
what Kangaroo Kids is all about.
